Boston
One of my favorite books as a little kid was Make Way for Ducklings, I would look through the pictures wondering what it’d be like to visit Boston and see the place Mr. and Mrs. Mallard chose to start their family. Maybe it’s that nostalgia that made it so easy for me to develop a huge crush on the city. When I finally visited Boston for the first time, it wasn't as a companion but to support a friend performing in a play at the A.R.T, I was hooked. The city is brimming with history, and I became infatuated with the charming architecture, the art galleries, and the scholarly vibe that made me want to be a student again. The bookstores alone could keep me coming back time and time again. Although having an escort wouldn't hurt. When I’m in the city you’re likely to find me at the following places:
Restaurants: I love most of Boston’s seafood places- everything is so fresh I find it hard to go wrong! A favorite of mine is Atlantic Fish Co. and I’m a huge fan of UNI for sushi. I can’t not mention how wonderful it is to indulge at o ya, course after course of scrumptiousness makes my heart happy.
Drinks: If there’s quality bourbon, I’m going to enjoy it. I have a lot of fun visiting the city’s tucked away craft cocktail spots, The Gold Bar has gotten me giddy a few times and I’ve shared plenty of laughs at Wink & Nod.
Where I stay: Back Bay neighborhood -although I’m open to outcalls and exploring your place
Shopping: Newbury Street- love the shops. While I prefer more unique boutiques with one of a kind pieces, I still have fun exploring their Gucci store and funkier shops like Peruvian Connection.
Interests: Bookshop hopping, especially visiting Cambridge University Press. Honestly, wandering around Cambridge is a great fun since I don’t get to the city that often. I adore Cocktail bars, SoWar market and vintage store, visiting museums-particularly the ICA. I’ll take advantage of any opportunityto see more of the New England coast.
